In 2012, two brothers, Thiago and Gabriel, decided to bring those same recipes — and the emotions they carried — to more people. What started in their home, with over 10 freezers stacked in the living room, soon grew into a local favorite. The secret? Staying true to the craft. Every pasta was hand-cut.
