Benini Pasta didn’t start in a factory. It started in a family home — where two brothers, Thiago and Gabriel, turned their living room into a production space filled with freezers, flour, and the dream of something greater.
The recipes came from their Italian great-grandparents, passed down through generations of Sunday lunches and food made with soul.
In 2012, the brothers officially launched the brand in Brazil. What began as handcrafted pasta for neighbors quickly grew into a full production kitchen, a successful retail store, and partnerships with restaurants that wanted something truly artisanal.
After years of growth and recognition in Brazil, Gabriel felt compelled to go further. He took a bold step: moving to the United States to bring Benini Pasta across borders — and across cultures.
Thiago remained in Brazil, continuing the heart of production with the same hands-on dedication as day one. From both sides of the continent, they stayed united by one mission: to share their family's pasta, made the right way.
Each 500g portion serves 2 to 3 people. Every bite carries a century-old story.
